Structure
1. Investment Strategy
The raised capital is strategically divided into four components:
40%: Strategic Token Acquisitions
Focused on high-conviction tokens
Actively managed portfolio
Regular rebalancing based on market conditions
25%: Hyperliquid and PVP Farming Operations
Focus on Hype and PVP points accumulation
All farming rewards distributed to DAO members
Strategic position management for optimal yields
10%: DATDAO Market Liquidity
Initial DATDAO/ETH Uniswap V3 liquidity pool
Ensures DATDAO token tradability
50% trading fee revenue back to DAO members
50% trading fee revenue back to Dev's wallet as management fees
25%: Non-redeemable TRUST/ETH Liquidity
Permanent liquidity provision in TRUST/ETH Uniswap V3 pool
Acts as commitment to TRUST ecosystem
Non-withdrawable position by design
50% trading fee revenue back to DAO members
50% trading fee revenue back to Dev's wallet as management fees
2. Value Exchange Structure:
2.1 Member Contribution:
25% of investment as permanent TRUST/ETH liquidity
Non-redeemable position that continues generating trading fees
2.2 Member Compensation:
Share of 30M $TRUST tokens (significantly double non-redeemable amount)
11-month unlock schedule
Continues generating trading fees
Example: 10,000 USD investment
2,500 USD non-redeemable position
Receives 200,000 $TRUST tokens after 11 months
Additional ongoing trading fees from two LP position
3. Risk and Reward Analysis
3.1 Risk Factors
Market Risk:
$TRUST token price volatility could affect backing value
Double exposure to $TRUST through backing and LP position
Portfolio token value fluctuation
Structural Considerations:
25% position permanently locked in TRUST/ETH LP
Non-redeemable position offset by larger $TRUST token allocation
Success dependent on $TRUST ecosystem health
3.2 Value Proposition
Substantial Token Backing:
Pro-rata share of 30M $TRUST tokens
Value significantly exceeds non-redeemable position
11-month unlocking schedule provides controlled distribution
Revenue Streams:
50% Trading fees from TRUST/ETH position.
Current APR: Approximately 200%
Conservative Bear Case APR: 50%
Theoretical ROI Timeline: 12 months (bull), 48 months (bear)
50% DATDAO/ETH trading fees
Estimating APR: 200%
Conservative Bear Case APR: 50%
Theoretical ROI Timeline: 12 months (bull), 48 months (bear)
Farming rewards from Hyper/PVP
Portfolio appreciation potential
4. Investment Return:
Example: Investment analysis for a 1 ETH Contribution.
*if there is nothing change in price.
$TRUST Token Allocation
71,428 $TRUST tokens redeemable December 2025.
Trading Fee Revenue
Bull market conditions: 0.7 ETH annually
0.5 ETH from TRUST/ETH pool
0.2 ETH from DATDAO/ETH pool
Bear market: 0.175 ETH annually
0.125 ETH from TRUST/ETH pool
0.05 ETH from DATDAO/ETH pool
Farming Returns
Returns subject to farming performance
100% of farmed $PVP and $HYPER tokens
Strategic Token Acquisitions return: 1.6 $ETH
Note: 25% of initial investment (0.25 ETH in this example) is allocated to non-redeemable TRUST/ETH liquidity provision.
5. Scenario Analysis
5.1 Best Case Scenario:
Token portfolio appreciation
Big farming rewards
$TRUST token value appreciation
5.2 Base Case Scenario:
Nothing change in price, currently 1 ETH = 140k $TRUST
128% investment recovery through $TRUST allocation and 25% HL/PVP fund + 10% DATDAO/ETH liquidity + 40% Strategic Token Acquisitions
Monthly trading fee distributions at projected rates
Full allocation of farming rewards
5.3 Worst Case Scenario:
Potential principal reduction from market conditions
Sustained but reduced UNI V3 LP fees
Guaranteed $TRUST token allocation maintained
25% return from Fund farm (plus profit or loss)
Continued accumulation of $PVP and $HYPE tokens
6. Raise Target: 420 ETH
6.1 Private Round: 125 ETH
6.2 Public Round: 295 ETH
With each 100k $TRUST, you can contribute 1 ETH into the DAO. Max allocation is 5 ETH per X or Telegram account.
Backing: 30M $TRUST token, unlocked in Dec 2025.
Allocation scales linearly with raise amount
Example: At 210 ETH raised (50% of target) - Total backing reduces to 15M $TRUST (50% of max).
7. Redeeming & Trading Tokens
DAO Expiration: Dec 5th 2025
On expiry date, DAO members can redeem:
All investment (minus 25% permanent TRUST/ETH liquidity)
Accumulated trading fees
Farming positions and rewards
Locked $TRUST.
To redeem locked tokens, you are required to have $DATDAO and $TRUST proportional to your initial investment.
Example Scenario 1:
For 1 ETH investment:
Need 100,000 $TRUST to invest
Receive 2,380,952 $DATDAO
At redemption: need 2,380,952 $DATDAO and 100,000 $TRUST to get additional 71,428 $TRUST.
Example Scenario 2:
For 2 ETH investment:
Need 200,000 $TRUST to invest
Receive 4,761,904 $DATDAO
At redemption: need 4,761,904 $DATDAO and 200,000 $TRUST to get additional 142,857 $TRUST.
Trading Flexibility
$DATDAO tokens can be freely traded on open market at any time.
Redemption rights transfer with $DATDAO ownership.
Only the final holder at redemption date needs to provide $TRUST tokens.
